How to use the Pick Batches page
Monitor batch status, open work, resolve exceptions, and move picked orders to packing.

What the page is for
Pick Batches is the control view for grouped D2C picking work. It shows what is waiting, in progress, picked, blocked, or ready for packing.
What to review
- Batch reference, client, warehouse, creation time, and assigned operator.
- Order count, line count, picked quantity, shortages, and remaining work.
- Tote or cart assignment and next station.
- Errors or holds blocking picking, packing, or shipment export.
Supervisor workflow
- Filter to the warehouse and status you are managing.
- Verify orders belong to the intended client and shipping workflow.
- Resolve product, location, stock, or mapping exceptions.
- Reprint or reassign when the physical handoff changes.
- Move the completed batch to packing with no unresolved line.
