FBA Shipment Management

2D Barcode Software
for FBA Sellers

Connect carton contents, FNSKU labeling, and FBA shipment preparation in one warehouse workflow.

Keep the work moving.

  • Generate PDF417 box-content barcodes from packed items and quantities, with expiration data when recorded.
  • Print Code128 FNSKU labels with product title, condition, and seller SKU context.
  • Keep carton contents and outbound shipment identity together. Label printing checks actual Amazon shipment and carton IDs and verified saved packing contents.
Plan fit: FBA Seller / Full Ecommerce / 3PL
Amazon account permissions and setup must be validated. Generated barcodes do not replace the saved box-content submission workflow or guarantee Amazon acceptance.

From stock to dispatch

A connected FBA operating workspace.

Inventory control

Keep stock, locations, seller SKUs, FNSKUs, and movement records connected to the units you prepare.

Each, case & kit records

Configure product units, case packs, and kit composition so preparation starts with the right inventory definition.

Shipment preparation

Create and manage FBA drafts using warehouse stock or cross-dock workflow context.

Pack & verify

Record carton contents, quantities, dimensions, and weights; save packing before label and transportation steps.

Print the right labels

Generate Code128 FNSKU labels and PDF417 carton-content barcodes. Amazon label paths use verified shipment and carton identities.

Close the warehouse workflow

Review supported partnered transportation, obtain labels, then Mark Shipped when goods leave. Completed FBA shipments remain searchable.

Operating sequence

From inventory to a shipped record.

  1. Define the stock. Review seller SKU, FNSKU, unit, case, or kit data.
  2. Prepare the draft. Select inventory and quantities for the FBA workflow.
  3. Pack and save. Record carton contents and measurements; resolve validation errors.
  4. Verify and label. Use confirmed Amazon identities and saved content data for labels.
  5. Review transportation. Confirm an eligible partnered-carrier option; customer-managed exceptions can require Seller Central.
  6. Dispatch. Mark Shipped when goods physically leave, then use the completed shipment record.
Who it helps

Built around physical prep work.

FBA sellers

Manage stock and preparation alongside shipment details rather than disconnected label files.

Prep centers & 3PL teams

Keep client inventory and preparation context separated within warehouse execution.

Case-forwarding operations

Connect known carton contents, quantities, and outbound identity to the forwarding process.

Questions before setup

Understand the workflow.

Can I manage FBA work without switching to Seller Central?

Inventory, drafts, packing, labels, and supported Amazon partnered-carrier confirmation are connected in WMS. Customer-managed shipping and some exception paths still require Seller Central. Account authorization and Amazon eligibility apply.

What does the 2D barcode contain?

The PDF417 box-content barcode is generated from packed item identifiers and quantities, with expiration information when recorded. It does not replace the verified saved box-content submission workflow.

Does confirming transportation mark a shipment as shipped?

No. Partnered-carrier confirmation accepts the reviewed Amazon transportation option. Mark Shipped remains a separate step when the cartons or freight leave the warehouse.

Can I use cases and kits?

Inventory supports each, case, and kit records. Case quantities, package definitions, and kit composition need to be configured for the products being handled.

Is this a checkout or an activated Amazon account?

No online checkout is available here. Email the software team for a workflow demo and setup discussion. Your Amazon permissions and connection must be validated.
