How to create D2C batches, print picklists, and pick on mobile
Group D2C orders into a batch, print a picklist, or complete the work from a mobile device.
Menus and actions depend on your workspace, plan and permissions. Use the onboarding guide for current navigation. Provider setup and fees may apply; confirm the configured workflow before a transaction.
Create a batch
- Open D2C orders or Pick Batches.
- Filter for correct client, warehouse, order status, and shipping method.
- Select eligible orders and create a pick batch.
- Review products, quantities, locations, and exceptions.
- Assign a tote or cart when used.
Print or pick on mobile
- Print the picklist when using paper and verify the batch reference.
- Use mobile picking to scan or confirm products and locations at the shelf.
- Verify client, SKU, product, and quantity before picking.
- Record shortages or substitutions as exceptions.
After picking
- Confirm every order line is picked, short, or resolved.
- Move the batch to packing.
- Pack orders and record carton, weight, dimensions, and documents when required.
- For ShipStation shipping, export only after warehouse and client mapping is correct.
- Mark complete or shipped only when physical and system records agree.
