Review the request
- Confirm client, warehouse, destination marketplace, and shipment references.
- For FBA, verify FBA inventory. For Walmart, verify Walmart inventory.
- Check whether the request is prep or forwarding only.
- Review combination members, products, quantities, labels, case packs, and destination.
- Resolve missing or conflicting information before physical work.
Shipment combination
A combination is one warehouse work grouping for multiple related marketplace shipments. Keep each shipment identity, quantity, label, and destination traceable inside the group.
Complete the work
- Receive or identify inventory.
- Perform selected prep or forwarding work.
- Pack and label each downstream shipment for its marketplace and transportation method.
- Attach documents and exception evidence.
- Update combination and member shipment statuses as physical steps complete.
