How warehouse Amazon and Walmart integrations work
Connect marketplace accounts and keep marketplace inventory separate from D2C ShipStation operations.
Menus and actions depend on your workspace, plan and permissions. Use the onboarding guide for current navigation. Provider setup and fees may apply; confirm the configured workflow before a transaction.
Marketplace versus D2C
Amazon and Walmart integrations support their marketplace inventory and fulfillment workflows. D2C orders use ShipStation separately. Do not use a marketplace integration as a replacement for the ShipStation D2C connection.
Connect an account
- Open integration settings available to the warehouse role.
- Choose Amazon or Walmart and complete authorization.
- Select intended marketplace account, client, and warehouse mappings.
- Refresh products, inventory, and shipment references.
- Verify a small sample before using the integration at scale.
Separation rules
- FBA inventory belongs to Amazon workflows.
- Walmart or WFS inventory belongs to Walmart workflows.
- D2C inventory and orders route through ShipStation.
- Client and warehouse mappings must be checked before importing or exporting records.
