Seller workspace: getting started
Set up products, integrations, shipments, and billing for a seller workspace without client tenants.
Menus and actions depend on your workspace, plan and permissions. Use the onboarding guide for current navigation. Provider setup and fees may apply; confirm the configured workflow before a transaction.
Seller workspace model
A seller workspace is for one seller's own operation. It does not manage multiple client sellers like a warehouse tenant does. The seller still uses marketplace, shipment, product, and D2C concepts.
Recommended order
- Connect the marketplace or ShipStation integration required.
- Add or import products and verify identifiers and package details.
- Create the correct FBA, Walmart, cross-dock, or D2C workflow.
- Review status, documents, and billing records.
- Contact Shipontime WMS support with the exact record ID when a software error blocks progress.
