How to understand shipment status
See what the main shipment stages mean and when to contact the warehouse.

Status meanings
- Draft means the request is still being prepared and has not been submitted.
- Working means the warehouse has accepted or started the request.
- Receiving means inventory is being recorded against the inbound or shipment.
- Ready to ship means required preparation is complete.
- Closed means the local warehouse workflow is complete.
When to ask for help
Use the shipment record for questions about a particular shipment so the warehouse has full context. Include shipment ID, client, product, quantity, and the exact status or error.
