How to import shipment IDs and submit a shipment
Bring marketplace shipment references into the system and submit a complete warehouse request.

Why shipment IDs matter
A marketplace shipment ID connects warehouse work to its destination shipment. It must belong to the correct marketplace and destination.
Import and submit
- Open the shipment workflow for the correct marketplace.
- Import or enter the shipment ID exactly as provided by Amazon or Walmart.
- Confirm destination, products, quantities, and shipment type.
- Add prep, forwarding, case-pack, SPD, or LTL instructions.
- Save, review all sections, and choose Submit.
- Use the shipment record for status and warehouse communication.
If the ID cannot be used
- Check the inventory area, extra spaces, missing characters, wrong marketplace prefix, or duplicate use.
- Do not replace a real marketplace ID with an internal note or order number.
- Contact support with the exact ID and error message if it still cannot be imported.
