Product popup fields explained

Learn what the main product fields mean and which fields affect fulfillment.

Menus and actions depend on your workspace, plan and permissions. Use the onboarding guide for current navigation. Provider setup and fees may apply; confirm the configured workflow before a transaction.

Identity fields

  • Product name or title is the readable name used in lists and warehouse work.
  • SKU or seller SKU is the seller's internal identifier.
  • ASIN is the Amazon catalog identifier.
  • FNSKU is the Amazon fulfillment identifier used for Amazon labeling when required.
  • UPC or barcode is a scannable product identifier when applicable.
  • Walmart item or SKU is the Walmart-side identifier.

Physical fields

  • Length, width, and height are the packaged product dimensions.
  • Weight is the packaged product weight used for shipment planning.
  • Units of measure define how dimensions and weight are interpreted.
  • Case quantity is the number of sellable units in one case.

Operational fields

  • Prep settings describe work the warehouse should perform.
  • Labeling settings describe required marketplace or warehouse labels.
  • Case-pack settings describe how units are grouped.
  • Notes add context but do not replace a required structured field.

Before saving

Confirm that identifiers describe the same physical product, dimensions and weight describe the shippable package, and case quantity matches a real case. Incorrect values can affect inventory, labels, packing, carrier selection, and billing.
