Amazon, Walmart, and ShipStation integrations

A controlled example can be a real transaction. No sandbox is guaranteed by this guide. Obtain authorized approval before importing or submitting an example, purchasing a label, creating a shipment or issuing an invoice. Use a small known record, confirm the provider environment and possible fees, and reconcile the outcome before any repeat.

Understand which integration belongs to which workflow and why D2C uses ShipStation separately.

Menus and actions depend on your workspace, plan and permissions. Use the onboarding guide for current navigation. Provider setup and fees may apply; confirm the configured workflow before a transaction.

Marketplace integrations

  • Amazon supports Amazon catalog, inventory, FBA shipment, and fulfillment workflows where enabled.
  • Walmart supports Walmart catalog, inventory, WFS shipment, and fulfillment workflows where enabled.
  • Use the matching marketplace connection for the shipment you are creating.

D2C is different

D2C orders are not created through FBA or Walmart marketplace integration. D2C fulfillment and shipping are handled through ShipStation as a separate integration and operational workflow.

Connection checklist

  1. Open the integration settings available to your account.
  2. Choose Amazon or Walmart for marketplace work, or ShipStation for D2C work.
  3. Complete authorization and select the correct account or store.
  4. Confirm product, inventory, warehouse, and client mappings.
  5. Refresh or test a small record set before a large workflow.
