How to add products and import products
Create one product manually or bring in a larger product catalog with an import.
Menus and actions depend on your workspace, plan and permissions. Use the onboarding guide for current navigation. Provider setup and fees may apply; confirm the configured workflow before a transaction.
Add one product
- Use the Inventory area available to your workspace (Warehouse Inventory, FBA Inventory, WFS Inventory or Add Listings, where permitted). Select the product-entry action shown in your configured account.
- Select the marketplace or sales channel that owns the product.
- Enter identifiers, title, dimensions, weight, and prep or packaging settings.
- Review the values because identifiers and case-pack details are used by shipment and warehouse workflows.
- Save and confirm that the product can be selected in a shipment.
Import multiple products
- Use the permitted product import action in your configured Inventory area, or Settings > Import / Export for authorized warehouse users. Obtain the current template before importing.
- Use the current import template so column names match the system.
- Fill one product per row and keep marketplace identifiers consistent.
- Validate required fields, units, dimensions, weight, and duplicate SKUs.
- Review rejected rows and fix them before creating shipments.
Common mistakes
- A seller SKU, marketplace SKU, FNSKU, ASIN, and UPC are not automatically the same value.
- Do not reuse a SKU for two different physical products.
- Use actual shippable dimensions and weight.
- If a product is missing, verify account ownership, identifiers, and import status first.
